Position Overview

As the Associate Medical Director of Family Practice, you will blend hands-on patient care with meaningful clinical oversight and team development. Working closely with the Chief Medical Officer, you'll support provider performance, optimize workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining an active clinical panel. Your role will involve mentoring colleagues and driving clinical excellence in a community-based setting.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $230,880 – $300,144 annual compensation
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance with $0 in-network out-of-pocket costs
  • 403(b) with up to 4% employer match and immediate vesting

    The ideal candidate is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with a passion for leadership and patient care. You have at least three years of outpatient primary care experience, preferably in an FQHC setting, and possess strong leadership or supervisory experience. You thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to delivering culturally sensitive care.
