Position Overview

As a Clinical Therapist, you will be at the forefront of crisis intervention, conducting thorough clinical assessments and developing tailored treatment plans. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individual and group counseling, facilitate referrals, and provide family education. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring coordinated care for those in crisis, contributing to a supportive and therapeutic setting.

  • Bachelor’s + LSW: $55,309–$61,185 annually
  • Master’s + LSW/LPC: $60,698–$67,048 annually
  • Master’s + LISW/LPCC: $71,505–$78,986 annually
  • Flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, and per diem
