Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (No Weekends)

Position Overview

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in patient care. Under the direction of the dentist, you'll prepare treatment rooms, conduct patient screenings, and document medical histories. You'll also assist with a variety of dental procedures while ensuring compliance with all regulations. Additionally, educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care will be a key responsibility. Occasionally, you may assist with emergency care as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate: $45–$50

$12,000 retention bonus, paid in monthly increments during the first year

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a compassionate Dental Hygienist with a current Ohio license and BLS certification. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you'll interact closely with both patients and staff. While at least two years of experience is preferred, enthusiastic new graduates are welcome to apply. A passion for community health and patient education will help you thrive in this role.
