Position Overview

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dental care to the community. Working alongside a skilled dentist, you will evaluate patients, perform routine cleanings, take X-rays, and educate on oral hygiene. Your attention to detail will ensure the smooth operation of the practice, from maintaining accurate records to ensuring instrument sterilization. This position offers you the chance to use your clinical skills to prevent future dental issues and build lasting patient relationships.

  • Ideal Candidate

    The ideal candidate will be a licensed Dental Hygienist in Indiana, holding either an associate's or bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene. While experience is preferred, a commitment to quality care and the ability to work independently are essential. Comfort with electronic health records and BLS certification are required. A strong foundation in dental protocols and patient education will ensure success in this role.
