Position Overview

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide comprehensive family practice care, manage acute and chronic conditions, and support patients in navigating their healthcare needs. Work alongside experienced clinicians and staff in a supportive setting where continuity of care and patient relationships are prioritized. Your role will include examining patients, developing treatment plans, and coordinating referrals, all while documenting care to agency standards.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary range: $131,040 to $170,352, based on experience

  • Ideal Candidate

    The ideal candidate is a compassionate clinician with 1-2 years of experience in community health settings, dedicated to serving low-income or homeless populations. Bilingual skills in languages such as Russian, Farsi, Pashto, or Spanish are a plus. Candidates should hold current BLS and DEA certifications and be comfortable managing a wide range of primary care needs.
