Position Overview

As a Family Medicine Physician Faculty member, you'll engage in direct patient care along with educational responsibilities. Spend 32 hours in outpatient clinical care and 8 hours in teaching and administrative duties. Mentor residents and participate in team meetings, all within a fully integrated, team-based model featuring diverse healthcare professionals. The role includes remote outpatient on-call coverage and occasional nursing home rounds, contributing to a comprehensive teaching model.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $225,000, up to $255,000 with teaching experience
  • Up to $30,000 sign-on bonus
  • $30,000 stipend for Associate Program Director roles (if applicable)
  • $15,000 relocation assistance
