Location: San Jose, CA

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time; Monday–Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., 1 Saturday shift/month, Wednesdays until 7 p.m.

Position Overview

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care at the Silver Creek Clinic. This role involves treating a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and women, with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education. Enjoy a structured schedule with no ER duties or inpatient responsibilities, supported by a multidisciplinary team including nurse practitioners and medical assistants.
