Position Overview

In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. Your responsibilities include diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, conducting physical exams, and prescribing medications per state guidelines. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and utilize the electronic health record for accurate documentation. Patient education and empowerment are key components of this role.

  • Ideal Candidate

    The ideal candidate will have a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing and an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Louisiana. Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or similar specialty is required. Candidates with three or more years of clinical experience, especially in community health, will thrive in this role. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
