Position Overview

As a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in this outpatient primary care setting, you will manage a diverse range of primary care responsibilities. Your day-to-day will involve chronic disease management, preventative care, wellness visits, and more. You will typically see 16 to 22 patients per day, working alongside an experienced team including an LPN, medical assistant, and supervising RN. The supportive environment and established patient panel ensure a smooth transition into your role.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $120,000 to $160,000 annually, based on experience
  • Four weeks of vacation, plus nine paid holidays
  • Four personal days and two weeks of sick time
  • $4,000 annual CME allowance
