Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Position Overview

As a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will deliver evidence-based primary healthcare, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients of all ages. You'll manage approximately 14-22 patients per day, ensuring continuity of care both in the clinic and off-site for homebound patients. Work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals with no weekend or call responsibilities.
