As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you'll be part of a supportive team in an integrated behavioral health and primary care clinic, contributing to the community's well-being.

Position Overview

In this role, you will work alongside 6 full-time LCSWs and a psychiatrist, serving approximately 8-10 patients per day. Your responsibilities will include crisis intervention, ongoing patient management, and providing consultative services. You’ll enjoy a balanced schedule with four 10-hour shifts and minimal phone-only call duties (1:8). Familiarity with EPIC EMR is advantageous as you deliver critical support to both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Position Highlights

✓ Total compensation package of $88k+ including RVU bonus

✓ $8k for CME, licensing, dues, and paid CME time (1 week)
