Position Overview
As a Therapist/Clinician, you will work in a dynamic team-based environment, providing essential support to individuals dealing with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Depending on the program, your day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, facilitating counseling sessions, and collaborating with medical staff to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Shifts range from early morning to late evening, offering roles in withdrawal management, residential treatment, correctional settings, and more.

Compensation & Benefits
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a behavioral health-related field and is licensed or eligible for licensure in Connecticut. Experience working with substance use and co-occurring populations is preferred. We seek professionals who are dedicated, adaptable, and passionate about making a positive impact in the field of behavioral health. Leadership roles require prior supervisory experience.
