Counselor I (LSW, LPC, MFT, LCDC II/III) – Outpatient Behavioral Health

A well-established nonprofit behavioral health organization in Northwest Ohio is seeking a Counselor I to join its outpatient treatment team. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed clinician who is passionate about helping individuals struggling with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

The Counselor I will maintain an active caseload and provide individual, group, and family counseling services. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing diagnoses and treatment recommendations, creating individualized treatment plans, coordinating referrals, facilitating recovery-focused services, and maintaining timely clinical documentation. Providers work closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure clients receive comprehensive, coordinated care.

  • Ohio LSW, LPC, MFT, LCDC II, or LCDC III required
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree welcomed
  • Behavioral health, substance use, or co-occurring disorder experience preferred
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and documentation skills
  • Valid driver's license required
