Position Overview

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you'll deliver comprehensive care to patients of all ages in a community health center. Collaborate with fellow clinicians, support staff, and the Medical Director to manage both acute and chronic conditions, ensuring coordinated care and follow-up services. Your role will include examining patients, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and providing patient education, all while documenting services according to agency standards.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary range: $131,040 to $170,352, based on experience

    The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in community health settings serving diverse populations. Comfort with a broad range of primary care needs, current BLS and DEA certifications, and a commitment to patient-centered care are essential. Bilingual skills in Russian, Farsi, Pashto, or Spanish are a plus.
