Social Worker – Outpatient Clinic (Hybrid Schedule Available)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Hybrid Option (2 days in office, 3 days remote)

This role at our Bryan, OH office offers a unique hybrid schedule, allowing for a balance of in-office and remote work.

Position Overview

As a Social Worker in our outpatient clinic, you will manage a caseload tailored to your expertise and the needs of the community. Your primary responsibilities include conducting client assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and family counseling. Our supportive environment includes regular agency training and weekly treatment team meetings.

Position Highlights

✓ Competitive Salary: $52,000 - $60,000 with productivity and merit bonuses

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled social worker with an LSW license. An LISW is a plus, but not required.
