Position Overview

As a Substance Abuse Therapist in the Residential Treatment Program, you will focus on planning and implementing substance-related services for adolescents. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, facilitating educational and counseling sessions, and developing relapse prevention plans. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to integrate substance use treatment into the broader residential program, supporting both male and female adolescents.

  • Ideal Candidate

    The ideal candidate will hold a CSAC certification and preferably a Master’s degree with licensure as an LSATP, LMHP, or LMHP-eligible clinician. Strong knowledge of drug policy, ASAM assessment criteria, and the ability to deliver interventions in a residential setting are crucial. Flexibility with scheduling, strong clinical writing skills, and effective communication with residents and families are essential for success in this role.
