Position Overview

As a Therapist within the Residential Treatment Program, you'll engage with residents ages 12 to 18, delivering individual, group, and family therapy. You'll work with a wide range of clinical presentations, from complex mental health diagnoses to trauma and beyond. Your role will involve conducting assessments, crafting treatment plans, and collaborating within an interdisciplinary team to deliver effective clinical interventions.

Compensation & Benefits

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work and be licensed or license-eligible in Virginia. They will be adept in mental health diagnosis, treatment planning, and risk assessment, with strong documentation skills and the ability to maintain regulatory compliance. Flexibility for crisis support and bilingual skills in Spanish and English are a plus.
